ROSALÍA

Since Rosalía began exploring the world of music, her path has been characterized by a constant search for sounds that go beyond the conventional. Her initial training at ESMUC, specializing in flamenco, laid the foundations for understanding the roots of Spanish music, but her vision always aimed to go further. Upon completing her studies, she immersed herself in various facets of the music industry, participating in major events both in Spain and abroad. It was in 2017 when she released her first album, Los Ángeles, a work produced in collaboration with Raül Refree. This release not only opened the doors to considerable recognition in Spain and Latin America, but it also quickly established itself as one of the most outstanding releases of that year.

Her next project, El Mal Querer, marked a turning point. Conceived as a conceptual album, it drew inspiration from an ancient tale about a complicated and toxic love. Rosalía set out to reimagine flamenco, moving away from the most traditional forms to organically fuse it with genres such as urban music, trap, and even tango. This bold sonic blend not only defined her style but also opened doors to major industry accolades. Since then, her career has been a constant climb in popularity.
