Pearl Jam

Since its emergence in Seattle in 1990, Pearl Jam established itself as one of the fundamental groups of the grunge movement of the early nineties. Its sound was forged with a core lineup that has remained stable: Eddie Vedder on vocals and guitar, Stone Gossard and Mike McCready on guitars, and Jeff Ament on bass. Although the early years saw a rotation of drummers such as Dave Krusen, Matt Chamberlain, Dave Abbruzzese, and Jack Irons, the arrival of Matt Cameron in 1998 consolidated the rhythm section.
