About the album

Mi sangre, according to DoReSol

The album had several editions that expanded its content. In 2005, a limited edition "Tour Edition" appeared, which included live versions of tracks like A Dios le Pido, La Camisa Negra, Fotografía, and Nada Valgo Sin Tu Amor. Additionally, this version contained the song La Paga, featuring Taboo from The Black Eyed Peas, a remix of La Camisa Negra, and the unreleased track Lo Que Importa, which was originally intended for the album Fijate Bien. The Mexican edition from 2005, in a double CD format, presented a different selection of additional tracks, including songs from his debut album such as Nada, Fíjate Bien, and Podemos Hacernos Daño, as well as an acoustic remix of A Dios le Pido.

The commercial success of Mi Sangre became evident in international markets. In the United States, the album achieved significant recognition, earning platinum certifications that reflect substantial sales. In France, important sales were also recorded. Worldwide, it is estimated that the album has sold around 4 million copies. The "Special European Tour" edition and a two-disc version released in Germany in June 2006, which included live recordings from the Shepherds Bush Empire in London, are a testament to the wide distribution and reach that Mi Sangre achieved.
