About the album

El calor del pleno invierno, according to DoReSol

The album was unveiled with the single A las Nueve, a song that emerged in Barcelona in May 2011 and whose lyrics were shared on social media before its official release. El Calor del Pleno Invierno not only reached the top spot on the popularity charts in Uruguay and Argentina but was also recognized with a nomination at the Latin Grammy Awards and three at the 2013 Graffiti Awards. The tour that accompanied the record, also titled El Calor del Pleno Invierno, traveled through various cities in Latin America, including Montevideo, Santiago de Chile, Bogotá, and Lima.

Upon its release, the album quickly obtained Gold and Platinum certifications in Argentina and Uruguay, consolidating its commercial success. All of the songs were written by Emiliano Brancciari, who, along with Federico Lima and Sebastián Peralta, shaped this project that resonated strongly in the music scene.
