Marc Anthony flipped Khaled’s C’est la vie into something that pulses with the flavor of salsa. The recording was made in 2013 at The Hit Factory Criteria in Miami and released as a preview of 3.0, Anthony’s first original salsa album in over a decade. But the most curious part is that the record it broke wasn’t just about awards: it stayed in the top five of Billboard Latin Songs for 51 consecutive weeks—a feat few songs achieve.
