L'amour avec toi

There are songs that, when played, invite you into an intimate space, almost as if you were sharing a secret. L'amour avec toi, by Luis Eduardo Aute, is one of those. Its duration, which extends to 5 minutes and 4 seconds, allows the melody to develop calmly, inviting reflection. The complete piece, like all those on this work, bears the authorial signature of Aute, who was responsible for every word and every note.

This track is part of the album Slowly, which in Spanish translates to Lentamente. The recording of this album took place in the Trak and La Nave studios, both located in Madrid, during July and August of 1992. The production was handled by Suso Saiz, and the release was made that same year in Spain, initially on vinyl format with nine songs. Later, a compact disc edition added two additional tracks: "La locura que todo lo cura" and "Jaques", the latter a tribute to the Belgian singer-songwriter Jacques Brel. The album's release was handled by BMG Ariola.
