The story behind
Animal, according to DoReSol
In the sonic universe of Luis Eduardo Aute, the piece titled Animal unfolds with a duration of 4 minutes and 34 seconds, inviting a deep immersion. This song, part of the album Slowly (which in Spanish translates to Lentamente), emerges as one of the compositions that make up this discographic work.
The gestation of Slowly took place in the Trak and La Nave studios, located in Madrid. The recording process was carried out during the months of July and August 1992, culminating in its release that same year in Spain. The album, presented in vinyl format with nine tracks, expanded its content in the compact disc edition, adding two additional songs: "La locura que todo lo cura" and "Jaques", the latter a piece inspired by the figure of the Belgian singer-songwriter Jacques Brel. The production of this work fell to Suso Saiz, and it was published under the BMG Ariola label. Each of the compositions that make up this album, including Animal, bears the authorial signature of Luis Eduardo Aute, who was responsible for the writing and composition of all of them.
