The story behind
Paolo Conte recorded Boogie in 1981, within the album Paris milonga. The song was born in the Format studio in Turin, the same where he made his first records. There he worked with Lilli Greco, who had produced his first albums. In that place he also recorded Via con me and Pretend, while the rest of the album was made in the RCA studios in Rome.
