About the album
Coisas Naturais, according to DoReSol
Among the standout songs is Ouro de Tolo, one of the three chosen as singles, which, along with Lua Cheia, ended up being the most discussed. The specialized press was not indifferent: Cleber Facchi, from Música Instantânea, highlighted how the album balances Marina's trajectory with a fluidity not always seen in her previous works. Mauro Ferreira, on the other hand, found in the album a mix of ideas that, while interesting, sometimes feel scattered, as if the album had not fully defined its direction. Ricardo Schott, from Pop Fantasma, was more enthusiastic and saw in this work the moment when Marina shows herself without filters, with a voice that flows between technobrega and tropicalist rock without forcing the result. The album did not go unnoticed: it was nominated for the Latin Grammy in the category Best Contemporary Pop Album in Portuguese Language, and Ouro de Tolo also received a nomination for Best Portuguese-Language Song.
This marked the second time Marina Sena receives this type of recognition in both categories. The Coisas Naturais Ao Vivo tour, which began on April 26, 2025, in São Paulo, is proof that the album was not confined to the digital realm: the stage became another canvas where the songs come to life. The tour will continue until November 2026, closing in Campinas, but the album had already left its mark long before the last chords sounded.
