The story behind

Juana Molina recorded Uno Es Árbol in her home studio in General Pacheco, towards the end of 2020. The song was made in a space where she and her band improvised, without planning anything. The idea came from a series of shows they did in 2019, where they recorded many hours of sound with analog synthesizers. The song lasts four and a half minutes, and people listen to it a lot on Last.fm. It's not a song with clear lyrics, but rather something you feel, like a breath that prolongs.
