Pajaritos, bravos muchachitos

Indio Solari released this album in 2013, and from the beginning it was clear he wanted to do something different. The sound was more direct, clearer, as if he had removed the layer of complexity. The songs carried an energy that was unexpected, mixing rock with things that seemed to come out of a dream. In the middle of all that, Pajaritos, bravos muchachitos became a meeting point for the audience, as if there was something in the air that connected them.

About the album

Pajaritos, bravos muchachitos, according to DoReSol

The last song on the album, La pajarita pechiblanca (Scherzo), was the one that created the most noise. Not just because of its title, but because there were three old friends of Solari, who had previously been in another group. They were given space to play, and they did it with a naturalness that seemed as if they had always been there. The rest of the songs, all written by Solari under the name El Fisgón Ciego, had that voice that defines him, as if he had given permission for people to talk about what they feel.

The album was recorded in Solari's studio, Luzbola, and was released in December 2013. It was presented in big places, with people filling the venues. The audience received it as something unexpected, but in the end, it became part of something bigger.
