When you immerse yourself in Una storia che vale, you encounter a piece that, beyond its extended duration of over seven minutes, invites you on a sonic journey. The music, born from the mind of Daniel Vuletic, intertwines with the words written by Laura Pausini herself alongside Cheope. This collaboration shaped a song that, in its original Italian version, was released on February 1, 2002, as part of the 2001 compilation album The Best of Laura Pausini - E ritorno da te.
The particularity of Una storia che vale expands when considering its adaptation into Spanish, titled Dos historias iguales. This version, with lyrics adapted by Badia, also saw the light of day as an important single for the Spanish edition of the album, reaching Spain and all of Latin America. The visual impact of the song materialized in a music video that was filmed at night in the outskirts of Rome and at the terminal of Fiumicino Airport. This audiovisual material, directed by Daniele Persica, was later included in the DVD Live 2001-2002 World Tour, along with a glimpse into the video's creation process.
