Todo Carnaval Tem Seu Fim

The story behind

Los Hermanos recorded Todo Carnaval Tem Seu Fim in 2001, as the band's second album. The song is part of the album Bloco Do Eu Sozinho, which came out after the success of Anna Júlia. During production, the label Abril Music asked them to release another single. To avoid tension, they decided to make the album in the mountains of Rio de Janeiro, away from distractions. The bassist, Patrick Laplan, left the group to focus on his personal project, as rumored. Their producer, Alexandre Kassin, stayed to finish the recording. Upon completion, the label rejected the album, but the song remains part of the band's history.
