The story behind
The Sun Always Shines on T.V., according to DoReSol
a-ha released this song in 1985, as the third single from their first album, Hunting High and Low. They recorded it in an old cathedral in London, which is no longer used as a church. The video seems to continue the story of Take On Me, with the band playing in front of mannequins as if they were in a concert. The song lasts five minutes and thirty seconds, and has a rhythm that moves between synth-pop and new wave. The album also features Driftwood, the B-side song. People still listen to it, with over 1.5 million plays on Last.fm.
