The story behind

La niebla, according to DoReSol

The song La niebla by La Unión has a duration of 5 minutes and 22 seconds. The production of this track was handled by Nacho Cano and Rafael Abitbol, who also collaborated on the arrangements alongside Nacho Cano. The band La Unión, featuring Rafa Sánchez on vocals, Luis Bolín on bass, Mario Martínez on guitar, and Iñigo Zabala on keyboards, emerged in Madrid in the early eighties.

The career of La Unión includes the release of their first album, Mil siluetas, in 1984, with Nacho Cano as producer. That same year, their song Lobo hombre en París reached number one on the charts for three months. Subsequently, they released El maldito viento and, in 1986, the compilation 4x4. After Iñigo Zabala left in 1988, the band took over the production of their own records, releasing Vivir al este del edén and embarking on a tour of South America. In the early nineties, they released the album Tentación, which included songs like Berlín and Ella es un volcán. In 1992, they released an extensive compilation titled Tren de largo recorrido, featuring a live concert recorded in La Coruña. A stylistic shift came in 1993 with Psychofunkster Au Lait, an album exploring psychedelic sounds with tracks like Africa and Hermana tierra.
