Carregador de Aparelhagem

The story behind

Gaby Amarantos released Carregador de Aparelhagem as part of the album Rock Doido, a project that was born from her connection with the aparelhagem festivals, musical street celebrations in northern Brazil. The album was recorded in 2025, in collaboration with the collective Altar Sonoro, and was structured as a sequence of short and connected tracks, reflecting the energy of those parties. In the work, sounds of technobrega, funk, carimbó and Latin rhythms are mixed, as if the street became the studio. The song Carregador de Aparelhagem is part of that universe, where music moves between the traditional and the modern, without losing its roots.
