Té Para Tres

The story behind

Soda Stereo brings breakfast to the table with a riff that seems to pour tea into three cups at once. "Té Para Tres" doesn’t sound like a 1990 track: that year, Argentine rock already smelled of burnt vinyl, but they inserted a guitar that twists into itself, as if each note were a sip that never ends. The trio — Gustavo Cerati, Héctor "Zeta" Bosio and Charly Alberti — made two and a half minutes feel like a ritual: something intimate yet suddenly repeated by everyone in the room without realizing it.
