The story behind
The song *Cómo* is taken from the album *Decídete*, released in 1983. This album, the third in Luis Miguel's career, was recorded at Kirios Studios in Madrid, a place that had already been the setting for other renowned artists such as Mocedades, Lolita, and Camilo Sesto. The production of this work was handled by his father, Luisito Rey, along with Honorio Herrero, who also contributed as the author of the song that gives the album its name. The album's compositions included contributions from Honorio Herrero and the Spanish lyricist Luis Gómez-Escolar, among others.
Luis Miguel Gallego Basteri, born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, in 1970, established himself as an artist of great popularity in Latin America. His repertoire spans various genres, from pop and funk to bolero and mariachi. Throughout his career, he has been recognized with several awards, including five Grammys and four Latin Grammys. One of his early achievements was receiving an award at fifteen years old for a duet with Sheena Easton. His recording career has surpassed 100 million records sold.
