The duration of Solamente una vez is three minutes, just enough time to convey the intensity of its message. The production of the album in general received favorable comments, highlighting the sound quality and the artist's vocal performance. After its release, Luis Miguel embarked on a tour of the United States and Latin America to promote this work.
