The story behind

When Enanitos Verdes were preparing to release their sixth album, Igual que ayer, in January 1992, a particular moment occurred for the band. This record marked their reunion after a period in which Marciano Cantero had been focused on his personal project. For the recording of Igual que ayer, keyboardist Eduardo Lalanne was incorporated, whose presence was even reflected on the cover image alongside Cantero, Staiti, and Piccolo. Additionally, Andrés Calamaro had a key role as the album's producer, contributing backing vocals and playing various instruments on each of the songs.
