The artist behind this production, Chichi Peralta, born in Santo Domingo, is a Dominican musician and producer whose career began at a very young age, building his first instrument at the age of 4.
Before launching his own project, Peralta stood out as a percussionist in important groups. He was part of Fernando Echavarría y la Familia André, Trilogía, and for eight years, he was a member of Juan Luis Guerra's group 4.40. It was in 1997 when he made the leap with his debut album, also titled *Pa' Otro La'o*, taking on production and arrangement duties. In this work, he shared lead vocals with Jandy Feliz, who would later begin his solo career. Chichi Peralta's musical journey continued with albums such as *De Vuelta Al Barrio* (2000), which fused genres like son with jazz and merengue with guaguancó, featuring the participation of the London Symphony Orchestra and choirs from Luz Africa, with recordings made in Paris. Later, in 2005, he presented *Más que suficiente*, a production that also received nominations and became one of the best-selling Latin albums in Japan.
