Goodbye (That’s All I Ever Heard)

The story behind

Player released their first album in 1977, an album called Player. The band, of rock, came from Los Ángeles, California, and released it under RSO Records. Among the songs included, there was one called Goodbye (That’s All I Ever Heard), which lasts three minutes and a half. There were also others, like Baby Come Back, which became a hit. This last one reached number one in the United States and stayed on the charts for 32 weeks. In the United Kingdom, it reached number 32 and stayed 7 weeks on the top. The band was written by J.C. Crowley and Peter Beckett, two of the musicians who formed the group.
