The story behind
The song El asunto by Tan Biónica, with its 2 minutes and 52 seconds duration, was conceived during a period of intense creative activity for the band. It was recorded between 2012 and 2013, and the mastering process took place at Sterling Sounds, a studio located in New York. This work was part of the group's third studio album, titled Destinología, which was officially released on May 20, 2013.
The live presentation of Destinología had an important milestone on June 28 and 29 of the same year at the Luna Park, in Buenos Aires. This concert marked the beginning of what would be the Tour Destinológico. This tour, which encompassed around sixty dates, took Tan Biónica through different points of Argentina and Uruguay, also extending to other countries in Latin America such as Paraguay. The tour culminated on December 7, 2014, with a grand show at the Hipódromo de Palermo, gathering a crowd of over one hundred thousand attendees.
