The story behind
There is a song that, although it does not appear on the album A Hard Day's Night, is linked to that era of The Beatles and has a particular story. It is Christmas Time (Is Here Again), a track that, with its 3:03 minutes of duration, shows the evolution of the group's composers. It was recorded with the help of engineer Geoff Emerick and under the production of George Martin.
This musical piece was conceived at a time when The Beatles were already a major force. The band, formed in Liverpool and consolidated with John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr, had released A Hard Day's Night in July 1964, an album that quickly positioned itself at the top of the charts, surpassing their previous work. The interesting thing about this album is that it was the first to exclusively feature their own compositions, all of them signed by the duo Lennon-McCartney, who used to share the authorship of the songs equally.
