The recording of this album had an interesting journey; they started in January 1994 at Monnow Valley Studio, working with producer Dave Batchelor. However, the sessions didn't turn out as expected, and Batchelor left the project.

It was in February 1994 when the band moved to Sawmills Studios, in Cornwall, to resume recording. There, Noel Gallagher took the reins of production alongside Mark Coyle. This process, which involved engineers like Anjali Dutt, Dave Scott, and Roy Spong, culminated with the mixing by Owen Morris. The result is a song that, with its 4 minutes and 18 seconds of duration, encapsulates that rocking essence that would define Oasis.
