Muérdago

The song Muérdago, by Danny Ocean, immerses us in a sonic atmosphere that fuses Dancehall with Latin Pop, incorporating subtle touches of Reggaeton, Reggae, and Urban. This blend of styles was conceived within the context of his debut album, 54+1, which was released on March 22, 2019. The production of this work began in June 2017, after the artist signed with Warner Music Group.

The uniqueness of Muérdago and the rest of the album lies in the fact that Danny Ocean handled the complete self-production, in addition to the mixing and mastering tasks in Miami, with the support of Ricardo Sangiao at World Class Mastering. In composition, Carlos Ramírez collaborated as co-author on the song Swing, while engineers such as Chris Gehringer from Sterling Sound, Delbert Bowers, Gonzalo Contreras, and Carlos Escalona contributed to the sonic quality of the project.
