When one delves into Las flores, they encounter a piece that, while part of a highly celebrated album, possesses its own brilliance. The lyrics, born from the pen of Emmanuel del Real, known as Meme, present an image that invites reflection. What's interesting is that this piece doesn't just rest on its melody; it was part of a collection of works that the band Café Tacvba released in 1994, and which the record label Warner Music Group put into circulation.The recording of this track, like the rest of the album Re, took place in Cuernavaca, in the state of Morelos.
