The story behind
Guayando, according to DoReSol
Daddy Yankee released Guayando in 2002, within his album El Cangri.com. The song came out along with Latigazo and Ella Está Soltera, all featuring Nicky Jam. It was a popular theme that played much on the radio and at parties. The album was produced by DJ Blass, one of the most important of the era in reguetón. Two versions of the disc were sold: one white for Puerto Rico and another normal for the United States. The song lasts 3 minutes and 1 second, and remains part of Daddy Yankee's repertoire in his performances.
