Al Bano and Romina Power formed a duo that stood out in romantic pop. Albano Carrisi, a singer-songwriter from Italy, and Romina Francesca Power, of American origin, joined their careers in 1975. Throughout their career, they participated in important events such as Eurovision and the San Remo festival, achieving a victory in the latter in 1984 with the song Ci sarà. Their recordings, often translated into Spanish, allowed them to achieve notoriety not only in Europe, but also in Spain and Latin America. Their last joint discographic project was registered in 1996, titled Ancora… Zugabe. After their separation in 1999, the duo reunited to sing again in 2013 in Russia, later announcing a new release for 2019.
