About the album

Treinta minutos de vida, according to DoReSol

The album has songs that stay in memory, like Ayer nomás, which Los Gatos had already done before with a softer text. There is also Pato trabaja en una carnicería, Escúchame entre el ruido, and De nada sirve, which is quite long. The most known one is El oso, the first song of the album, which is heard as one of the most important songs of the time. In the album, there is also Pappo playing bass in some songs, and other musicians who collaborated out of friendship.

The original album had eight tracks, and lasted almost half an hour. Later, in 1973, the label Talent re-released it with an extra song. And in the 1990s, Sony reissued it on CD with three additional tracks. What stands out in the album is a way of making music that does not worry about being perfect, rather it lets itself be carried by the energy of what is recorded.
