Spanish Bombs

After a period of creative block, Joe Strummer and Mick Jones, who composed this song, explored a variety of musical styles that went beyond punk, incorporating reggae, rockabilly, ska, and New Orleans R&B, among others. *Spanish Bombs* became one of the standout pieces on that record, according to critics, for its combination of reflective lyrics and energetic performance.
