Rakata

When you hear "Rakata", the first thing that grabs your attention is that energy that invites you to move almost immediately. The song, released in 2005, became a key point within the production of Mas Flow 2, a work by producers Luny Tunes and Baby Ranks. Not only that, but it also formed part of the album Pa'l Mundo, a record that defined an era for Wisin & Yandel. The CD version of "Rakata" arrived a little later, in September 2005, as part of the promotion for that album.

The music video, directed by Marlon Peña, shows Wisin & Yandel performing the song, surrounded by people dancing and cars. It's interesting to see that Luny Tunes themselves also appear in the clip, which was later included in the DVD of Pa'l Mundo Deluxe Edition. This track, with its duration of 2:52, was produced by Luny Tunes and Nely "El Arma Secreta", and was originally released as part of Mas Flow 2. The album Pa'l Mundo, released in November 2005 by Machete Music and distributed by Universal Music Latino, featured collaborations from artists like Daddy Yankee and Héctor el Father. It had several reissues, one in May 2006 and another called First Class Delivery in July 2007. The album itself had a great impact, reaching the number one spot on Billboard's Top Latin Albums, and "Rakata" was one of the tracks that led the Latin Rhythm Airp chart.
