The story behind
Rakata (remix), according to DoReSol
When you start to break down Rakata (remix), you encounter an energy that instantly grabs you. The rhythmic base, designed so you can't stay still, is the main engine. It's that kind of sound that makes you wonder how it was built to have so much power, and it turns out that behind it is the work of producers like Luny Tunes and Nely "El Arma Secreta". The duration, about 3 and a half minutes, is perfect for keeping you hooked without losing momentum.
This track, which is part of a very productive period for Wisin & Yandel, was originally released as part of Mas Flow 2. However, its remix version was integrated into Pa'l Mundo, the duo's fourth studio album, released in November 2005. This album, released under Machete Music and distributed by Universal Music Latino, not only included Rakata (remix) but also featured the participation of artists such as Daddy Yankee, Aventura, Héctor, Tony Dize, Franco El Gorila, and Gadiel. The impact of Pa'l Mundo was notable, reaching the top spot on Billboard's Top Latin Albums chart. The album also had reissues, one in May 2006 that included Pam pam, and another in July 2007 called First Class Delivery.
