The story behind

This instrumental piece, titled Intro (The Last), opens what would be Aventura's last studio work, The Last, released in June 2009. Within this introduction, Anthony "Romeo" Santos hints at the possibility that it was the group's final album, a premonition that would come true in July 2011 when they announced their definitive separation. The song has a duration of 1:24.
The album The Last had a significant impact, becoming the best-selling Latin album of 2009 and 2010. It remained at the top of the Latin Billboard chart for 23 weeks and debuted at number 5 on the general Billboard, in addition to reaching first place on the Latin Billboard. One of the members, guitarist Lenny, shared with MTV that part of the material was recorded in Wyclef Jean's studio, who also expressed his desire to collaborate with them on a song, which turned out to be Spanish Fly, featuring Ludacris.
