The story behind
Este amor, according to DoReSol
The song *Este amor* has an interesting particularity from its conception. Its music was created by Luisito Rey, and although the version we know lasts 3 minutes and 15 seconds, its origin is linked to the soundtrack of a Mexican film called *Fiebre de amor*. This album, released in 1985 under the EMI Capitol label, features Luis Miguel performing most of the songs, although it also includes the participation of Lucerito, who shared roles in the film. Curiously, part of this record material was also recorded in Italian.
Luis Miguel Gallego Basteri, born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, in 1970, is a prominent figure in Latin American music. His career spans a wide range of genres, from pop and funk to bolero and mariachi, demonstrating a versatility that has allowed him to connect with diverse audiences.
