The story behind

The Prisoners recorded The Wall in 2004, as part of their album Manzana. The song was released on August 17 of that year in Chile, and was played on radio with some frequency. It talks about people crossing the border between Mexico and the United States, and how that ended in a wall that kills many people. It is a song that wants the wall to fall, like the Berlin Wall. In the video, the band is in a jeep, approaching a fence that represents the border. The video was shown on Chilean channels like Vía X.
