They recorded it in Jamaica with borrowed equipment, in a studio not meant for projects of this scale. Stephen Marley and Paul Yebuah took turns as producers, aiming for a sound that blended reggae roots with modern touches. The track didn’t emerge as a planned hit, but as a natural overflow of what was already brewing in the album. James Caruso gave it the final touch in the mix, balancing the layers so each instrument could breathe without drowning out the vocals.
