Guarani Cool

The sound of Kchiporros on their album Guarani Cool is defined by a bold fusion that mixes rhythms like ska and cumbia with elements of pop, creating what they themselves describe as a "unique journey of urban sounds and mixes." This sonic proposal, which combines instruments from diverse genres to achieve a distinctive style, was born in Asunción in 2006. That same year, they released an EP that quickly positioned them among the most listened-to groups in their country and the region. The band has continued to explore these mixes, touring Latin America and Europe, visiting countries such as France, Ireland, Spain, and Mexico, and collaborating with artists like Underground Cult and Toy Selectah, who was also involved in the production of one of their works.

About the album

Guarani Cool, according to DoReSol

The early works of Kchiporros, including Guarani Cool, were produced by Martin "Moska" Lorenzo and Mariano Franceschelli, members of Los Auténticos Decadentes. Subsequently, Matías "El Chávez" Méndez, founder of Árbol, took the reins of production on two of their most recent albums. All these releases were edited under the 4KCHO Records label, founded by the band in Paraguay in 2007. The album Guarani Cool, with its thirteen tracks, includes songs like Bandida, Yapirona, and Por un Beso, which reflect the energy and musical proposal that characterizes the group.

The initial lineup of the band, which became known as Nde Kchiporros, brought together Roberto Ruiz Díaz, Julio Troche, and Fernando Peyrat in 2006. After the recording and release of their first EP, the group began to gain visibility. The creation of their own record label, 4KCHO Records, in 2007, marked an important step in their development, allowing them to release their debut album and consolidate their musical project.
