Blink-182 escribió "Aliens Exist" en 1999, durante la grabación de su tercer álbum, Enema of the State. La canción es un tema rápido, con un ritmo de 216 pulsaciones por minuto, y se basa en la curiosidad de Tom DeLonge por los extraterrestres y los ovnis. La letra toca temas como la CIA, el Majestic 12 y la idea de que hay información oculta sobre vida alienígena.
