The story behind
The song *Seis de la mañana* immerses us in a nocturnal scene, with a duration of 3 minutes and 49 seconds, evoking the atmosphere of the hours before dawn. Spanish singer-songwriter Joaquín Sabina, born in Úbeda, Jaén, in 1949, has built an extensive body of work that includes fourteen studio albums, as well as live recordings and compilations. His career has also extended to composing for other artists, such as Ana Belén or Miguel Ríos.
Throughout his career, Sabina has shared stages and recordings with various musicians. Among his live works are notable collaborations such as *La mandrágora* (1981) with Javier Krahe and Alberto Pérez, or *Joaquín Sabina y Viceversa en directo* (1986) with the band Viceversa. Also noteworthy are *Nos sobran los motivos* (2000), *Dos pájaros de un tiro* (2007), and *La orquesta del Titanic* (2012) with Joan Manuel Serrat. His literary facet has manifested in nine books that compile lyrics and poems, many of them previously published in the weekly magazine *Interviú*. In 2001, after a cerebral infarction that he overcame without physical sequelae but which led him to a period of depression, Sabina returned to the stage with albums such as *Dímelo en la calle* (2002) and *Alivio de luto* (2005). His latest solo work to date is *Vinagre y rosas* (2009), which achieved notable commercial success.
