The story behind

Parasiempre, according to DoReSol

The song Parasiempre, with its duration of 3 minutes and 59 seconds, is presented as a reflective piece, wrapped in the characteristic sound atmosphere of Héroes del Silencio.

The sound of this band, originally from Zaragoza, was forged in the mid-1980s with the union of Juan Valdivia on lead guitar and Enrique Bunbury on vocals and rhythm guitar, joined by Joaquín Cardiel on bass and Pedro Andreu on drums. Their musical proposal, marked by double-meaning and profound lyrics, along with intricate guitar arrangements and a solid rhythmic base, led them to achieve notable success both in Spain and Latin America, extending their reach to European countries such as Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, France, and Italy.

After a decade of career, during which they sold millions of records and offered countless concerts, the band decided to split in 1996. However, the legacy of Héroes del Silencio remained alive, and in 2007, to celebrate two decades since their first recordings and eleven years after their dissolution, they announced a reunion for a series of ten performances in Spain and America, under the name of Héroes del Silencio Tour 2007. This musical journey culminated in their definitive separation. Throughout their career, the band demonstrated a very defined visual identity, accompanied by a particular symbology, and a clear influence from authors such as William Blake and Charles Baudelaire, as well as bands like Led Zeppelin and The Cult.
