The story behind
La vida era más corta, according to DoReSol
When you dive into *La vida era más corta*, you encounter a sound proposal that breaks molds. Milo J weaves a musical tapestry where trap and Argentine folklore, tango and electronics coexist, all with a very marked urban touch. It is an album that was recorded in studios in Buenos Aires, but also had sessions in Santiago del Estero, seeking that mix of sounds that makes it so particular. The main language is Spanish, but it dares to include fragments in indigenous languages, adding layers of depth to the proposal.
This work, which lasts around 48 minutes and is organized into two parts, is not alone. Milo J invited an impressive list of artists to add their talent. You will hear Trueno, Soledad, Paula Prieto, Akriila, Radamel, Cuti, and Roberto Carabajal. Additionally, a special recording of Mercedes Sosa on the track *Jangadero* is included, and the vocal arrangements of Agarrate Catalina appear in several songs, giving a distinctive character to the production. The album was released on September 25, 2025, under the Sony Music Latin label.
