The story behind
Il bimbo dentro, according to DoReSol
The song *Il bimbo dentro* has a duration of 4:36 and was composed by Tiziano Ferro himself. Born in Latina in 1980, his first contact with music came at the age of five with a small keyboard. From a very young age, Tiziano showed an inclination for composition, creating his own musical bases and recording them with a simple recorder. In fact, two of these early compositions, created at the age of seven, were included at the end of his album *Nessuno è solo*.
During his adolescence, Tiziano Ferro went through complicated moments, dealing with shyness and bulimia, which affected his weight. Music became his refuge, leading him to take private lessons in guitar, singing, piano, and drums. In 1996, at the age of sixteen, he joined the Coro Gospel of Latina, where he developed a great interest in the rhythms of African-American music. That same year, he also explored film dubbing and collaborated as a voice-over artist on some local radio stations. Despite a setback on the television program *Caccia alla frase* on Italia 1, where the presenter Peppe Quintale did not give him much hope, Tiziano persisted and in 1997 enrolled in the Accademia della Canzone of Sanremo, with an eye on the 1998 Festival of Sanremo. His debut album, *Rosso relativo* (or *Rojo relativo* in Spanish), had a great impact, with the single *Xdono* achieving great acceptance and sales. This encouraged Tiziano to record in Spanish, and with the song *Perdona* he achieved a gold record. However, it was with *Alucinado* that the album reached platinum in Mexico.
