The story behind
This musical piece, *Emozioni*, was born from a journey that captured the imagination of its creators. Lucio Battisti and Mogol embarked on a horse ride of considerable duration and public notoriety, traveling the road that connects Milan with Rome. According to Battisti, the experience allowed them to capture a feeling of wonder, discovery, and renewed freedom while traversing natural landscapes, as if they were contemplating nature for the first time. The music was orchestrated by Gian Piero Reverberi.
Originally, this song was released as the B-side of the single *Anna*. However, Battisti decided to reverse the order, making *Emozioni* the main track. The recording was made under the Dischi Ricordi label and saw the light on October 15, 1970. This track, classified within the Pop genre, has been performed by various artists, including Gianni Morandi, Mina, Patty Pravo, Marcella Bella, Fred Bongusto, Formula 3, and Maurizio Vandelli. The recorded duration for this composition is 4:48.
