The story behind

The song *Aves de paso* has a duration of 4 minutes and 33 seconds.

Joaquín Sabina, born in Úbeda, Jaén, in 1949, is a Spanish singer-songwriter and poet whose work has resonated in Spanish-speaking countries. Throughout his career, he has released fourteen studio albums, four live recordings, and three compilations. His career also includes collaborations with other artists, both in duets and in compositions for them, as is the case with Ana Belén or Miguel Ríos. Live recordings document solo performances or those with other musicians. Among these are *La mandrágora* (1981), with Javier Krahe and Alberto Pérez; *Joaquín Sabina y Viceversa en directo* (1986), with the band Viceversa; *Nos sobran los motivos* (2000); *Dos pájaros de un tiro* (2007); and *La orquesta del Titanic* (2012), in the company of Joan Manuel Serrat. In his literary facet, he has published nine books that bring together song lyrics or poems, many of them previously published in the weekly magazine *Interviú*. In 2001, Sabina experienced a mild stroke that put his life at risk. After a recovery of a few weeks, without physical sequelae, the event marked a turning point in his perspective, leading him to go through a period of depression that temporarily took him away from the stage. After overcoming this stage, he released *Dímelo en la calle* (2002), followed by his eighteenth album, *Alivio de luto* (2005). His latest solo work, *Vinagre y rosas*, was released on November 17, 2009, selling 200,000 copies in its first month on the market.
