Myles Smith is an artist who has managed to build his career through direct connection with his audience. Born in Luton, England, from a very young age he showed an inclination for music, learning to play the guitar and piano on his own. At 12 years old, he was already performing at "open mic" venues, playing covers of artists he admired, such as Ed Sheeran or Marcus Mumford. This formative period, marked by the cultural diversity of his surroundings and the local music scene, laid the foundation for his own style that sought to break molds.

His entry into the professional world took an unconventional turn. It was in the autumn of 2022 when a snippet of his work shared on TikTok caught the attention of a representative, who saw the potential to build a career. Instead of rushing to record, Smith and his team focused on cultivating an online community. He shared song covers, such as an emotional cover of "I Found" by Amber Run, allowing people to become familiar with his voice and his way of interpreting. This success on digital platforms was what eventually led him to sign with Sony Music.
