Luck Ra

Luck Ra arrived in Argentine trap with a sound that blends the genre's rawness with his own style, marked by direct lyrics and rhythms that hook quickly. His music was born in Córdoba, but he found his voice on social media: he started by uploading tracks that are no longer available today, until in 2018 the single No Quiero Mas put him on the radar. That song, released on YouTube, led him to collaborate with Seven Kayne on a remix that expanded his reach. He wasn’t the typical artist looking to follow formulas: his music sounded fresh, with a flow that connected with the local scene without losing authenticity.

The leap to popularity came with Te Mentiría, released in 2021, but that same year his career stalled due to issues with his label, Panter Music. The record company created conflicts over payments and treatment, forcing him to distance himself. That break, however, wasn’t final: upon returning, he came back stronger. His comeback began with a remake of Ya no me extrañas alongside Rusherking, a track that was no longer available in its original version but, thanks to his rendition, returned to trending in several countries. That was the first step in his independent phase, where collaborations became key.

More about Luck Ra

Biography

By 2025, Luck Ra was no longer just a name in trap: his song La Morocha, made with singer BM, reached the top spot on Billboard Argentina’s ranking and became his most-streamed track. Before that, he had released Fuego with Rusherking, a song that gained strong traction, followed by Me Gusta, inspired by Manu Chao’s classic Me Gustas Tu. He also tried his hand at Salud and NA NANA, all with positive reception. But the remix of Odio Amarte with Lautaro López, published in late 2021, sealed his status: that track remains one of his most recognized. Beyond the numbers, his style—shaped by bands like Red Hot Chili Peppers and the energy of Manu Chao—is evident in every production, from unplanned recording errors in his videos to the way he blends trap with rock touches and sounds reminiscent of Guitar Hero, the game that, according to him, sparked his passion for music.
